We delivered an integrated platform built on three pillars. A travel-specific CRM (EspoCRM) manages every deal from first inquiry to confirmed booking. A unified inbox (Chatwoot) brings all five channels into one screen for the team. The entire stack was virtualized in-house: Active Directory, a dedicated mail server, Nextcloud file sharing with Collabora Office, a 3CX phone system, and a Windows Server 2016 instance hosting the association's proprietary medical system.

The SolutionWe built a centralized Virtual Private Cloud on Proxmox VE with OPNsense edge security, consolidating WordPress web servers, mail, Nextcloud file storage, and the Windows Server 2022 booking engine. To unify customer service, a 3CX phone system was integrated directly with the company's CRM and WhatsApp channels.

The ChallengeA national internet service provider needed real-time visibility across thousands of nodes. Legacy Nagios monitoring had become a bottleneck, and subscribers needed protection from malicious web content at the DNS level.
The SolutionWe migrated the entire monitoring stack from Nagios to Zabbix, with custom Ansible playbooks for automated agent registration and self-healing service recovery across the network. In parallel, we designed a DNS content-filtering service using Response Policy Zones (RPZ).
The ImpactSharply reduced mean time to resolution through automated recovery, and a clean, secure browsing experience delivered to thousands of subscribers directly at the resolver level.
